Its location is fantastic as it was close to all areas of interest. We loved that it was situated near the metro station and big markets. The hotel facilities were amazing, particularly the spa, sauna and fitness. the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast was lovely, and most importantly, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to main markets and transportation. the rooms are new and clean and the bathroom is beautiful. the breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful with carrying bags and providing taxi service. the spa and fitness facilities are great for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel should improve their communication with guests as they switched reservations without proper explanation.

Celebrated New Year with a family connecting room and enjoyed the spacious, clean and new facilities. the breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a nice variety including local cuisine. the hotel was located near a tram station, making transportation around the city convenient.
The non-English speaking staff made communication challenging at times. the pillows were uncomfortable and the towels were grey instead of white.

Great location in the heart of the city centre! Very clean rooms, and the breakfast was a key point in our stay - it was delicious! We also enjoyed the included spa facilities, especially the sauna.
The road outside wasn't accessible by car, which made it difficult to reach for airport pickups and drop-offs. The pillows were uncomfortable and the towels were grey, which was a letdown. The hotel was small and the staff of nearby restaurants were a bit annoying at times. The taxi we took during our stay also dropped us off quite far from the hotel.
